At this point, it is about time management. Allocate pockets of time during the week to specific tasks that need my undivided attention.

Do you have new dreams?

Let me check myself, my life, as I look around my home:
How important is my overall health to me?
What and who am I engaging with?
What am I worth?
What do I need?
Peace and love at home, healthy relationships, a thriving business…?

This quote implies that I have the power of choice:
What am I telling myself each day?
As I grow and change, what are the things that I believe?
Are these beliefs serving me the life of my dreams?
Do I have new dreams?

Oh and let me take time to appreciate how far I have come and acknowledge how many dreams have already come true ❤

The book that you need

I am making pockets of time to birth a coherent story through the poems that I have written over a period of about 4 years. It’s summertime and all I want is to be out, but I know that I need this story. I need this book. It is teaching me, moulding me and showing me what is important in my life.
